In support of ongoing product development efforts, EnviroSim will be increasing all prices of BioWin and related products by 10% in the new year. This is the first price increase since 2014. The new prices are summarized in the table below, and will apply to licenses renewing after March 1, 2025. This increase will be reflected in invoices issued from January 2025.
A piece of good news is that we will be implementing a new license management system early in 2025. This will mean no more dongles/hardlocks/USB keys, and no more driver and installation frustrations! Data security is a top priority, and our new licensing system will meet modern security standards, ensuring that your data is always protected.
Further good news is that our cloud-based upgrade of BioWin will become available in early 2025. We are calling it BioTwin. Follow us on LinkedIn for updates. This new browser-based platform will include many powerful extensions.

- If an annual license is cancelled, future renewals will start at the New Customer BioWin Annual License price.
- If payment arrangements are not made after 2 months past the renewal date, the license will be considered cancelled. Customers who allow licenses to lapse in this manner may be required to pay in advance on future orders.
- The BioWin USB Activation Key must be returned as per the End User License Agreement.
