Dongle Replacement Policy 

PLEASE NOTE – ONLY ONE DONGLE IS ALLOWED FOR EACH BIOWIN LICENSE. If you require more than one dongle, you will need to purchase or lease more than one license.

Malfunctioning Dongles 
Malfunctioning dongles should be returned to our offices marked RETURNED GOODS $1 COMMERCIAL VALUE. We will then issue a replacement dongle at our cost (including shipping and handling).

Damaged Dongles 
A photograph of your damaged dongle should be emailed to us. We will then issue a replacement dongle at a cost of US$100 plus shipping and handling ($500 for network dongles)
